“I’m your first point of contact at The Rock! I will match you with a clinician that will support your journey best, and guide you through the process from first contact to first appointment. I will answer any questions you have, take as much information from you as possible to ensure an accurate answer, and/or connect you to the person who can help you!  I help everyone feel welcome, whether you have a simple question, are trying to schedule a first session, or have been seen here for years.

You can expect me to get back to you as soon as I see your communication! I ensure that you are given as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision about your care. You will receive an email full of far too many exclamation points or a call full of the joy I feel that I get to assist you. I am honored to speak with you, and reflect that respect in every interaction I will have with you. I enjoy answering any questions that you have, big or small, and if you ask a question I don't know the answer to, I will dedicate my time to finding the answer so we both learn something!

Email is definitely the best way to get in contact with me, as I am often running around during business hours! I treat every client contact the way I would want to be treated when reaching out to someone; with care, respect, plenty of information and lots of smiles. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, drinking tea the English way, and shopping!"
