“I support clients by gathering essential information and facilitate the process of connecting individuals with the appropriate counselor.  I do this by paying close attention to understand clients' concerns, and reiterate their points to show I've understood them.

Clients can expect the following:

Promptness: quick responses to inquiries and issues, minimizing wait times. Politeness and Respect: friendly and courteous interactions that make clients feel valued. Knowledge and Competence: a strong understanding of the products or services and be able to provide accurate information. Problem-Solving: effective resolution of issues, with a focus on finding solutions rather than just following scripts. Transparency: clear communication regarding policies, procedures, and any potential issues. Follow-Up: checking in with clients Empathy: understanding and acknowledging customer feelings and frustrations.

As an administrative assistant at The Rock, I thrive on providing support that enables others to succeed. This dedication is a core part of my professional ethos. In my free time, I enjoy doing art projects with my grandchildren. It's a wonderful way to foster creativity and patience, and I find those skills translate well into how I approach projects here."
