Message from Haley

“Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re carrying the weight of trauma, loss, addiction, or navigating major life transitions. I understand how difficult it can be to face these challenges alone, and I believe that healing starts with feeling truly seen, supported, and understood. In my work with refugees, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those in recovery, I've witnessed the transformative power of compassionate, non-judgmental support as people begin to heal. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that every individual has the capacity to heal and grow, and together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back. Using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, I help clients develop new tools that are practical and tailored to their unique experiences. Whether you're working through the effects of trauma, addiction, or major life changes, I am here to walk with you on this journey. I believe that with the right support, we can create meaningful change and new patterns of thinking and behavior that empower you to move forward with confidence and purpose.”
