Message from Devon
“Life can throw many difficulties our way whether that be anxiety, loss, depression, or heartbreak. And sometimes this can have us feeling hopeless and alone. It is my belief that through connection and understanding hope can grow. My goal is to create an environment where pain isn’t something to be left in the dark and that mental health issues aren’t something to be hidden. But where we can bring these issues into the light, where we can navigate through them together. Through this journey, by looking at these issues through different perspectives and creating coping mechanisms which work for you, we can create a path to a life where you feel empowered and at peace.”
